Here is an interesting Podcast giving a high level overview of DotNetNuke by the creator Shaun Walker.  If you don't know much about Nuke or want to know some of the history, it is worth a listen.  IgnitionPointSolutions.com runs on DotNetNuke and I am very impressed with the power and flexibility of this open source system.  I heartily recommend DNN to anyone seeking a flexibility and easy-to-use CMM/application platform.  There are many hosting providers that offer DNN hosing, and once installed, it can be completely setup, configured, and customize by a non-technical user.  Furthermore, because it is .Net, we developers can build our own controls (or extend those DNN offers) to include in the application, just like including a custom control in a masterpage site. 

 Definitely worth a look for any ASP.Net developer.
